About the Meeting

About the iwNHL 2019 meeting

The International Workshop on Non-Hodgkin Lymphoma (iwNHL) was established in 2001 to encourage interactive debates and discussions on non-Hodgkin lymphoma (NHL) and related disorders in a workshop environment.

Increasingly, NHL is being recognized as a biologically and clinically heterogeneous group of malignancies. This biological paradigm is being used to define new clinical trials that tailor novel therapeutic approaches to specific biological disease subtypes.

The iwNHL 2019 meeting, to be held at the Royal Sonesta Boston Hotel, Cambridge, Massachusetts, will highlight efforts to understand the biology of different NHL subtypes to further refine therapeutic strategies. Some of the world’s leading clinical researchers in NHL will share their perspectives on how to place this evolving understanding in a clinical context and thereby optimize clinical care.

As the iwNHL’s official media partner, the Video Journal of Hematological Oncology (VJHemOnc) will attend the iwNHL 2019 meeting to facilitate roundtable discussions and interviews with experts for the benefit of clinicians and researchers in the field of NHL. Highlights from the iwNHL 2018 meeting can be viewed here.
